Peppers Guest House is located in the Hunter Valley, approximately 2 hours drive north of Sydney on the F3 Freeway.

Transfer options include limousine transfers from Sydney or Newcastle, helicopter directly onto the lawns of Peppers Guest House or minibus and luxury coach transfers. Scheduled airline services between Sydney and Maitland are available.

In the retreat’s restaurant, you’ll enjoy the taste of Peppers and realise why Chez Pok is a Hunter Valley classic. Whether you wish to enjoy a working lunch, informal BBQ or a gala dinner, every meal is designed with a great deal of care, highlighting the finest, fresh seasonal ingredients obtainable. Executive chef, Jamie Hartcher, is famous for his ability to blend regional delicacies, matching them to local wines to create intense flavour. The menu emphasises simplicity and freshness of ingredients with French, Asian and Italian influences and herbs picked from the retreat's own garden.

Peppers Guest House facilities include an on-site tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, bicycles and boules. There's also an endota spa on-site. Local activities include golf, winery tours, hot air ballooning, 4WD tours and sky diving. On-site teambuilding activities include Peppers Corporate Cooking School and Corporate Kendo.

Peppers Guest House offers two main meeting rooms and a variety of guest lounges as breakout areas. Meeting rooms facilities include Internet access, VHS video and monitor, slide projector, overhead projector, flipchart and whiteboard, data projector, lapel microphone and laser pointer.
