All 80 rooms and suites have private balconies and most with views of the sea and the retreat's own 90 berth marina. The food and wine is exceptional. Merretts Restaurant delights in taking advantage of the freshest of seafood along with other produce of the Hunter region. There's an extensive range of recreational facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, indoor spa and sauna, mountain bikes and massage and beauty treatments. Nautical pursuits abound, we are happy to help with boat hire and fishing information. Dolphin and whale watching are also popular activites.
Location
Peppers Anchorage is a 2.5 hour drive north of Sydney on the F3 freeway in Corlette (Port Stephens).
Direct flights to Newcastle Airport are available from Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra & Melbourne with Qantas & Eastern Australian Airlines. Transfers can be organised for the 25 minute drive from Newcastle Airport to Peppers Anchorage.
Seaplane charter flights from Sydney can also be arranged.

Overlooking the Port Stephens marina and boardwalk, Merretts restaurant is renowned for its innovative menu rich in the freshest seafood Port Stephens has to offer. An extensive choice of non-seafood options and a comprehensive vegetarian menu are also available.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, Peppers Anchorage also serves a delicious high tea of cucumber sandwiches, pastries, scones with jam and cream and tea or coffee.

Peppers Anchorage Marina provides a perfect launching point for the delights of Port Stephens.
