Venue Highlights
Fantail Lodge and Garden Villas is a rural estate surrounded by mature gardens. We are mainly hosting conference groups which will be catered for by our dedicated team.
Each conference will have the same staff member(s) for the duration of the conference to extend the personal care and atention you should expect at a lodge.
Location
The lodge is located 30 min. north of Tauranga, just off SH2, better known as the Pacific Coast Highway. From Tauranga turn left into Rea Road, from Katikati (Auckland) turn right into Rea Road. The lodge is 1.5 km toward the ranges on the left.
Catering Information
Our award winning European chef has a reputation for its cuisine and certainly has been a highlight during many conferences. He holds membership of the 'Chaine des Rotisseurs de France' and assists Tourism New Zealand with planning and coordination of food and wine matters for its Destination marketing. The most recent will be Taipei in November
Recreational Facilities
We do have a range of crecreational, entertaining, educational or impact making options.
To name a few; claybird shooting, 4wheel drive, Fantail frolics (teambuilding/entertaining), golf minutes from the lodge at The Ballantyne 18 hole international course, wine tasting/tour at Morton Estate, military assault and many more.
Technical Facilities
Inclusive are standard equipment being static and electronic whiteboard, flip-chard, overhead projector, TV/video.
Business Facilities
We do not have a business centre as yet but have full secretarial services available.
most rooms have telephone/internet acces.
