Hilton Sydney offers something unheard of in event facilities in Australia: space, and lots of it. Here you’ll find 4,000sqm of flexible floor space, with enough room to accommodate up to 3,000 delegates across four dedicated floors. There’s ballroom seating for up to 1,200 guests, and pre-function space for up to 1,400 people.

There’s not just space, either. Delegates will also enjoy plenty of natural light throughout the four level conference and function centre; function room views over Sydney’s busy streetlife; Australasia’s most advanced audiovisual, sound and display technology; and authentic freshly prepared cuisine to suit delegates from around the world.

Catering Information

Hilton Sydney’s innovative restaurant approach to banqueting and the latest technology such as hi tech ovens can cater for up to 3,000 people. Our team of 40 speciality chefs from Sydney and around the world is able to create a range of authentic ethnic and local cuisine including kosher, halal and low-carb options.

Recreational Facilities

The Zeta bar is Sydney’s gift to the chic set – the place to meet friends and unwind over a smooth cocktail, a chilled beer or a varietal delicacy.

Few restaurants can match the inspired elegance of glass brasserie, but then few enjoy glass’ unique pedigree. Between them celebrated designer Tony Chi and highly awarded local restaurateur Luke Mangan have created the definitive Sydney brasserie experience.

Built in 1893 and preserved in all its opulent glory throughout Hilton Sydney’s extensive renovations, the Marble bar is a one of Sydney city’s few remaining live music venues.

The LivingWell Premier Health Club is the biggest hotel based health club in Australia.

Business Facilities

Executive Floor and Suite guests enjoy exclusive access to the Executive Lounge, located on Level 36. The Executive Lounge is open from 7:00am - 11:00pm.
