It features two popular restaurants, The Powderkeg and The Matterhorn Restaurant. The Matterhorn's superb menu and full bar facilities along with its beautiful wooden interiors, glowing fires and fine music, combine to give a unique and memorable dining experience. The Powderkeg is a great venue for all ages and offers a variety of menu choices and full bar facilities.

Accommodation

The Powderhorn Chateau combines the ambience of traditional European ski chalet with the luxury of a hotel. There are 30 superbly appointed rooms with each containing a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, telephone, working desk, modem, mini bar, Sky television, tea & coffee making facilities. We also have rooms that can accommodate twin occupancy.

The Mansion is a luxury apartment and is ideal for 5 - 8 adults, with two spa bathrooms, a self-containted kitchen, lounge and dining area, large private balcony and spacious bedrooms.

We are happy to design menus to suit your specific requirements and have a full selection of existing menus to choose from, including:

The Powderhorn Chateau is the closest accommodation to the Turoa Ski Field and is just a 40 minute drive to the Whakapapa Ski Field.

The surrounding regions has a vast array of relaxing and adrenaline charged activities, so you can be sure your delegates will enjoy their time outside the conference room.
