Hillstone St Lucia has been reinvented while operating under the same management. Established for over 20 years and now upgraded and expanded, Hillstone St Lucia caters for functions at the top end of the market. It is a unique venue offering absolute flexibility for meetings, incentives, conferences, events, weddings and corporate golf days. In addition to venue space, Hillstone St Lucia also caters for the casual diner with a new, chic bar and restaurant - hundred acre bar. A traditional-styled venue with modern facilities, it offers beautiful parkland views, outdoor terraces and break-out options, natural light and fresh air. Parking is simple, with up to 200 car spaces free of charge.

Location

Situated 6km from Brisbane CBD, close to The University of Queensland, Hillstone St Lucia has views over a hundred acres of stunning golf course. It is positioned on the site of an old homestead, Hillstone, built in the 1880s by a prominent local entrepreneur, and which at the time had expansive views over the owner's vineyard and cane fields. Hundred acre bar is located on the site of the homestead's stables.

The style of cuisine at Hillstone St Lucia is modern Australian/European, with an emphasis on using the freshest local produce to create restaurant-quality food. With an extensive range of menus, the Hillstone St Lucia team works with clients to tailor a menu to specific function requirements and to ensure individual needs are catered for. The beverage selection is also extensive, with numerous packages to choose from and a range of alternate options available.

Hillstone St Lucia is located at St Lucia Golf Links, with views over 100 acres of stunning golf course. St Lucia Golf Links is a public course so casual golf is an easy option. Corporate golf days are also a specialty.

Hillstone St Lucia has been built with technical flexibility in mind. Equipped with up-to-date audio and visual facilities, and numerous rigging points and lighting possibilities, it offers an abundance of options to tailor-make any event. Hillstone St Lucia does not have an exclusive arrangement with an audio visual supplier, and invites all clients to work with their own preferred presentation company.
