Paddington Town Hall

Venue Highlights

The Paddington Town Hall was designed in a Municipal Rennaissance style exhibiting typical Victorian grandeur. The Govenor of NSW, Lord Jersey opened the Hall in 1891.

The site for the Paddington Town Hall is adjacent to the Victoria Barracks and was built on top of the ridge to allow the tower to dominate the surrounding neighbourhood. Paddington is still one of the most intact Victorian residential precincts in the world.

This landmark venue boasts a magnificent Grand Hall and an elegant pre-function bar and consists of charming balconies with views of the city skyline and the Paddington district.

The venue features a gracious entrance, an expanse of polished floors and 9 metre high ceilings ideal for large scale dinners, weddings, exhibtions and conferences.
