Lakeside Resort Nagambie is Nagambie's only accommodation & conference facility with stunning Lake Views and nestled amongst wineries & thoroughbred country on the foreshore of beautiful Lake Nagambie. This establishment offers every modern convenience without sacrificing the serenity of country ambience. Our facilities include a Restaurant with Lake Views, Conference/Function Rooms, Accommodation Suites, Outdoor pool, tennis court, BBQ area & plenty of complimentary parking in the grounds of Lakeside Resort Nagambie.

Location

A comfortable 90 minutes drive north of Melbourne, Lakeside Resort Nagambie is situated in the main street, close to local shopping facilities & attractions. When travelling from Melbourne, by taking the Shepparton exit from the Hume Freeway you will soon find yourself in Nagambie, whereby Lakeside Resort is located on the left hand side & is the cream building just before the lake. If you happen to be travelling from the North through Shepparton, you will need to travel along the Goulburn Valley Freeway heading South, where you will soon come to Nagambie, with Lakeside Resort located on the right hand side just after the lake and directly opposite the intersection coming from Goulburn Street. Maps are available for more specific directions and can be faxed or mailed on request.

Catering Information

Our a la carte style restaurant can cater any night to suit conferences, functions, group bookings or other types of dinners. For groups of approximately 20-30 guests, menus are comprised of 2 or 3 courses with 3 choices per course. Groups with 30 or more guests, menus are 2 or 3 courses; either set or served alternatively. We can cater for smaller, more intimate dinners in our smaller function rooms, where guests can choose of our special a la carte menu. Day catering is available for conferences or other groups, consisting of lunch only or a package of morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea. For groups who stay for more than one day, catering is different on each day to provide variety for guests. Breakfast is also available for groups as a full buffet style served in our restaurant.

Recreational Facilities

Lakeside Resort Nagambie has available for guest use; an in ground, solar heated pool, situated outdoors & overlooking Lake Nagambie. A full size tennis court, with tennis raquets and balls available for use. A BBQ area is situated at the rear of the Resort which also over looks Lake Nagambie & our pool area. This area is equiped with outdoor tables & chairs and can be used as a self catered/cooked BBQ or the Resort can fully cater & cook for your group. There are many other recreational facilities located in Nagambie which can be arranged for use by groups, in particular larger tennis facilities, golf facilites, Lake Cruises, Winery Tours, Skydiving, Canoeing & Rowing on Lake Nagambie, Bush Walking Tours & many more. Off site activities can be organised through our reception staff.

Technical Facilities

All our conference/function rooms are equiped with basic equipement which is included in the cost of the conference/function roon hire, including whiteboard & pens, flip charts (inc paper), overhead projector & screen, lecturn & microphone and tv & video. All conference rooms are supplied with iced water, mints, pens & paper if required. Other technical equipment, such as a data projector, electronic whiteboards etc can be hired at an additional cost to the conference/function room. Functions rooms are equiped with various power points, extention leads & power boards and guests who hire the function rooms for dinners, parties or other reasons are welcome to supply enterainment in the form of a band, dj, karaoke or juke box. Most other technical facilities can be arranged in advance.

Business Facilities

All suites are equiped with our dial up internet service & telephones. Our reception can cater for other services such as photocopying, facsimile transmissions & printing of important documents. A local internet cafe is located across the road from Lakeside Resort Nagambie which can provide internet and email facilities to those who do not have their own notebook computers. Conference/function rooms are also equiped with internet facilities for use by conference guests, in particular those who require the internet for presentation purposes.
