Freycinet Lodge is the ideal venue for your next conference or incentive and can cater for up to 110 delegates. In addition to the 60 tastefully appointed 4 star cabins, tennis court and boulé court, the main lodge building offers the Bay Restaurant, Hazards Bar, Richardsons Bistro, three function rooms and a private jetty.

Location
Freycinet Lodge is just a leisurely 2 hour drive from Launceston or 2.5 hours from Hobart.
Uniquely set on a 14-acre site just inside the Freycinet National Park, Freycinet Lodge's spectacular watefront location at the foot of the Hazards is a superb setting for conference and incentive groups. Nestled within the coastal and bushland setting, the Lodge features cabin-style accommodation with meeting facilities for up to 110 delegates.
Catering Information
Freycinet Lodge will tailor creative menus especially for your delegates using the freshest Tasmanian produce and seafood, matched with wines from Tasmania's east coast region.
Delegates can dine in the Bay Restaurant which boasts panoramic views of Great Oyster Bay, in Richardsons Bistro or can enjoy a drink in Hazards Bar. Or for a unique Freycinet experience, why not have a sunset cocktail party on the deck overlooking Great Oyster Bay, indulge in a sunrise pancake breakfast at Cape Tourville or a gourmet BBQ cruise aboard the Schouten Passage?
Recreational Facilities
Delegates will be inspired by the variety of land and water based activities available on the Freycinet Peninsula which includes the renowned Wineglass Bay, one of the world's ten best beaches (Great Outdoors Magazine).
Freycinet Lodge employs two full-time Guides who conduct a daily program of interpretive walks, 4WD trips and history strolls in the National Park. Working with local adventure companies, our Guides can also organise any activity for your group.
Activities include wine tasting, spotlight stroll, mountain biking, fishing & sightseeing boat charters, sea kayaking, abseiling, rock climbing, scenic flights, 4WD tours, guided walks, tennis, yoga and massage.
Technical Facilities
Freycinet Lodge has three dedicated meeting rooms and in addition, has extensive public areas for casual breakouts and cabins which can be used for working groups if required.
The Lodge can cater for up to 110 delegates and can provide all audio-visual equipment required for a successful meeting. The Lodge's meeting facilities also offer centralised services including controlled lighting and background audio facilities, ceiling-mounted lighting bars to provide special lighting effects and 3-phase power.
