From Melbournes CBD, travel over the West Gate Bridge and follow signs to Ballarat on the Western Highway until you reach the Ballan/Daylesford turn off. Turn right and follow this road into Daylesford and you'll see us on the left-handside as you enter the town.

Over the years Lake House has collected an enviable number of wine, food and service awards. These include most recently - 2006 "Restaurant of the Year" - Restaurant & Catering Association and "Best Country Restaurant" The Age Good Food Guide and 47 chefs hats for 2007.
Enjoy contemporary Australian cuisine which pays homage to the best available seasonal produce and the efforts of local regional suppliers. A team of talented, dedicated young cooks under the direction of Executive chef Alla Wolf Tasker work from the ground up producing virtually everything on the premises.

The Terrace Room is a state of the art event facility suitable for small groups, or up to 150 people.
