The Byron at Byron Resort was designed to blend effortlessly with the majestic rainforest which surrounds it. The open plan construction and the wide covered verandahs, furnished with oversized cane lounges and slow turning ceiling fans, evoke a feeling of instant serenity and harmony with the environment. Tranquil water features throughout the resort create ripples of peaceful sound, while lush gardens and rich timbers have the effect of nurturing the soul and delighting the senses.
On a magnificent 45-acre site only 5 minutes south from Byron Bay and near beautiful Tallow Beach, this environmentally sensitive haven offers the best of man-made and natural worlds.
Catering Information
Sustaining mental alertness during any conference often depends on the quality and quantity of food served during your visit. At The Byron at Byron, you choose from a wide selection of fresh, local (whenever possible) and tempting items, selected from the conference menu or the main restaurant menu.
Matthew Wild, the award winning Byron Bay chef, is the Chef de Cuisine at the Wild at Byron restaurant. Matts previous restaurant, Restaurant Wild, earned a reputation as one of the top eateries in Byron Bay winning several prestigious awards, including Best New Restaurant in New South Wales in 2001, and the Australia wide award by the highly regarded Restaurant and Catering Association.

The Byron at Byron Conference room incorporates the latest audio visual equipment, wireless and and broadband internet technology. All accommodation has also been equipped with both, so work continuity is easy. Verandahs also allow for laptop use, with wi-fi aerials strategically placed for convenience throughout the Resort.
