Catering Information
Located on the ground floor, the Meridien Bistro is open for breakfast and dinner every day. The A la Carte menu has International flavours as well as modern Australian cuisine.
Open for Breakfast from 7.00am to 9.30am and for Dinner from 6.00pm to 9.00pm.
The Meridien Cocktail Bar is the perfect place to unwind after a long day or a great place to celebrate the culmination of a successful conference. Open from 5.00pm every day.
The conference menu has a wide selection of choices ranging from delicious morning teas and working lunches to truly decadent banquets. Special Dietary needs can be easily catered or we can specifically tailor a special menu for you.
