Catering Information
The Convention Centre has a menu for every event and every taste. A comprehensive range of set menus has been designed to offer you the best in choice, quality and value. If however you are looking for something very specific, our menu and beverage packages can be tailored to suit your needs and your budget. Should your group have particular dietary requirements, or if the group, or the event theme itself, dictates a level of cultural awareness, this can be easily arranged.
Recreational Facilities
All guests are offerred complimentary use of bikes, gymnasium, tennis court, pool at the Hotel and complimentary green fees at the Alice Springs Golf Club. As well there is an international standard casino, The Samphire Restaurant and a selection of bars including Limerick's Inn which opens from 5pm to the early hours of the morning. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays there is a live DJ to entertain guests and visitors.
Technical Facilities
Our in-house audio-visual specialists can assist in creating the look and sound you need, providing everything from a basic wireless lapel michrophone through to a concert PA system, staging, lighting, video/computer projectors and more. We have the audio-visual equipment and expertise to purpose-build the look, feel and technology of your event.
Business Facilities
A Board Room, Media Room and Business Centre are available together with administration assistance.
