All menus listed can be utilised in Blake's, or alternatively are available in any of Hyatt's award-winning function spaces.

Hyatt Regency Adelaide is situated in one of Adelaide's finest locations in the heart of the city, on the banks of the picturesque River Torrens. Immediately adjacent to the Adelaide Convention Centre and SkyCity Casino, the Hotel features 367 spacious guestrooms, two superb restaurants,a lounge bar, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor heated pool,Regency Club and business centre.
Our function and conference facilities include the stunning Regency Ballroom with a maximum capacity of 380 people for a banquet, the Banksia and Grevillea rooms seating 120 and 80 people respectively for dinner, and the Acacia Boardroom accommodating 16 guests. Our function rooms can be used individually or in various combinations and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and services are available.

A magnificent selection of menus is available to suit any conference, meeting or function. Hyatt Regency Adelaide can cater for breakfast, lunch or dinner with both à la carte and buffet menus, or if you are looking for a simple afternoon tea or cocktail reception, there are many fantastic options to choose from.
In addition to catering for functions, Hyatt Regency Adelaide offers 2 restaurants and a cocktail lounge to cater for every food and beverage need as well as 24 hour room service.
Recreational Facilities
Choice Fitness Centre & Pool: Complimentary use of the Fitness Centre is available to Regency Club and suite guests and Gold Passport members. Services include massage, sauna, steam room, whirlpool spa, gymnasium, computerised machines, one-on-one personal trainers and health evaluations. Guests can also enjoy access to Adelaide's top golf courses.

Each function room and accommodation room is equipped with high speed internet access, inter-touch.

Business Facilities
The Business Centre is located on the Mezannine level of the hotel. The facilities include 2 small meeting rooms, full secretarial services and 2 computers are available for guest use with internet access. The Business Centre is open Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm or by appointment.
