The Sofitel Brisbane is the cities largest purpose built 5 star venue. All 410 spacious bedrooms were recently refurbished in a contempoary style with high speed internet access and large working spaces. To complement this we have recently completed a refurbishment of some of the meeting rooms including 2 impressive state of the art boardrooms both offering natural daylight, high speed internet and the latest equipment. The Sheraton Brisbane also offers the largest pillarless ballroom in Brisbane with space for up to 1100 delegates in theatre style seating. This year the hotel celebrated 20 years of hospitality and is well known in the local market place for innovative ideas, proffessionalism, excellent service and being the first choice for meetings and events in Brisbane.
Location
The Sofitel Brisbane is adjacent to Central Station and within walking distance of all of Brisbanes major attractions and CBD. The Air Train goes directly from Brisbane Airport into Central Station and it is just 2 short escalator trips to the lobby ! There is also ample car parking at the hotel with coach access on the driveway entrance.
Catering Information
The Sofitel Brisbane Events Team can offer a vast choice of set or tailor made menus to accompany any function / theme or style. Our team of internationally experienced chefs work with our clients to ensure that the catering provided reflects the needs of the individual event. Offerings vary from freshly made Australian packages to healthy meeting breaks to BBQs on the Pool Deck Pergola.
When staying at the Sofitel Brisbane you have the choice of informal dinning at our award winning bufffet in the Sidewalk restaurant, spoiling yourself in our fine dining restaurant Carriages Grill, grabbing a wood fired pizza from our restaurant Some Place Else or indulging from the extensive 24 hour room service.
Recreational Facilities
The recently refurbished stylish pool area of the Sofitel Brisbane Hotel is available to all residents of the hotel. Room service can be ordered to be delivered by the pool to compliment our guests 5 star experience. The hotel also has a large and well equiped health and fitness club which boasts a massage therapist.

On site Audio Visual support is provided at the hotel by Staging Connections who are based at the hotel.
Business Facilities
The Sofitel Brisbane Business Centre offers in house support to all of our guests. There are a selection of small meeting rooms suitable for informal meetings or interviews. Secretarial support can be provided through the Business Centre as well as internet access.
