The Ivy Room is our purposely designed, dedicated function space within the Ivy complex. Unlike anything the city has ever seen, the 509 sqm space is totally devoid of columns or partitions, making it an awe-inspiring floor which can hold 800 people.
From the moment you enter, you'll see exactly what puts The Ivy Room in a league of its own. A grand staircase leads you to the warmth of The Ivy Room foyer and once you enter, the dramatic size of this space is further enhanced by soaring six-metre high ceilings and six white papier-mâché chandeliers.
With its ability to transform from a motivating function environment during the day to an enchanting magical room in the evening, The Ivy Room provides a unique and inspiring event destination.

Centrally located in the heart of the CBD, Ivy is in easy access to Wynyard station and the buses and taxi services along George Street.

Access for Events Planners, themeing AV companies, contractors, staging and VIPs is made convenient with a drive-in underground loading dock off Pitt St and a large service only lift directly to the function floor.
