Venue HighlightsThe conference rooms are newly refurbished and all located on level One of the Hotel. Chancellor Room One through to Six offer our clients flexibility for their events as one room can be used for the plenary meeting with 5 other rooms available for breakouts and workshops. We have day delegate rates starting from $60 per person and can provide accommodation for interstate workshops and meetings. We also have a rooftop pool and gym for all in house guests. Footlights restaurant is where our guests experience a full buffet breakfast as well as their conferencing lunch. Dinner is also an option within the Hotel as we serve it nightly from 6pm in Encore Restaurant and bar. Encore is perfect for an after conference drink as we provide complimentary tapas every Thursday, Friday & Saturday night.
