Just minutes from the CBD The Carlton BrewHouse is located in the heart of the iconic Abbotsford Brewery (the largest brewery in Australia).
Tram 109 can be caught in Collins St (alight stop 22). There is complimentary parking available for guests in our private carpark.

Catering options are in abundance at the BrewHouse. From ready to devour freshly baked morning tea treats to delicious gourmet canapes we are able to provide culinary delights for all occasions.
Our chefs can show their flair and create a menu to suit your event theme or special requirements.
Technical Facilities
The meeting room includes the use of a data projector, drop down screen, electronic whiteboard and flip charts. The Theatre boats a large wall mounted flat screen which is ieal for private screenings, presentations or training. Our prefered audio visual supplier is able to provide for all sound & lighting requirements.
