Venue Highlights

The Grand Mahkota Ballroom, with its crystal chandeliers and separate spacious foyer, is one of Kuala Lumpur’s largest pillarless ballrooms, with a capacity to seat up to 2,000 guests for grand banquets. It is a preferred location for government ministerial events, international conventions, wedding receptions, product launches, corporate meetings and private celebrations.

Court Rooms
There are five multi-purpose Court Rooms of varied dimensions with a capacity of between 15 – 60 guests, these Court Rooms are most ideal for company meetings and training sessions.

We also have eight Executive Meeting Rooms located on the 23rd Floor of the Hotel, affording a picturesque birds-eye view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. They are especially ideal for corporate and board meetings.

Location

The Hotel Istana is strategically located within Kuala Lumpur’s main Golden Triangle business and commercial centre. It is also within walking distance to the Bintang Walk shopping and entertainment hub, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, iconic landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower and the nearby Chinatown (all within walking distance) while the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is only an hour’s drive away.

All 13 versatile meeting rooms are complimented by a range of state-of-art audio-visual aids, equipment and high speed broadband internet access. WiFi zones are conveniently located at foyer areas.
