Built in 1926, the house was originally the home of the pioneering grazing family, the Katers, and its charm has been retained in the tasteful decoration. Charming and elegant, this 41 room retreat offers the privacy of a country house while offering a conference experience unmatched in the Southern Highlands.
Location
Peppers Manor House is 90 minutes south of Sydney, 2 hours north of Canberra on the F5 Freeway or 1 hour west of Wollongong on the Illawarra Highway. Helicopter transfers to our own helipad and luxury coach transfers can be arranged.

Katers Restaurant features modern Australian cuisine with sumptuous dishes using the freshest produce from the Southern Highlands region. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasonal availability of local ingredients. With magnificent views of the retreat's gardens and natural Australian bushland, Katers provides the finest in relaxed dining unobtrusive, friendly, yet delivering stunning food with immaculate service.

Peppers Manor House offers 3 main meeting rooms with total capacity of 230 delegates Theatre style and a variety of guest lounges as breakout areas. Meeting room facilities consist of electronic whiteboard, data projector, VHS video and monitor, slide projector, overhead projector, flipchart and whiteboard.

Business facilities include facsimile, photocopying, typing, secreterial services including word processing and Internet and email access.
