Established in October 1999 by Peter McCloskey, fresh catering was formed to offer the Sydney market a caterer whose main focus is the food. One of the unique features of fresh is that for every individual enquiry we receive, once a detailed brief has been obtained, we create a menu specifically for your event. This allows us to design the catering to your exact needs offering a more personalised service.
